Replenishment Analyst

What will you do?
Ensure the timely and balanced replenishment of the assigned category through continuous analysis, efficient execution of replenishment processes, and coordination with suppliers and commercial areas, to maintain product availability at the point of sale, optimize inventory turnover, and avoid both stockouts and surpluses that generate losses, contributing to operational efficiency, business profitability, and a consistent shopping experience for the member.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the replenishment process for the perishable category, ensuring optimal inventory levels in terms of time and quantity.
- Analyze large volumes of data (sales, forecast, inventory) to identify deviations and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain control dashboards in Excel for tracking key KPIs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with indicators such as fill rate, in-stock, accuracy, days of inventory, and sales performance.
- Diagnose business problems such as stockouts, overstocking, shrinkage due to expiration, and forecast deviations.
- Coordinate with suppliers on delivery compliance, service levels, and supply plans.
- Validate and align the forecast with the commercial area to ensure correct demand planning.
- Track inventory turnover, especially for products with expiration dates.
- Manage multiple stakeholders (Commercial, Suppliers, Supply Chain) to ensure end-to-end process execution.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions based on analysis to improve product availability and reduce shrinkage.
Who are we looking for?
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Administration, Business, Economics, or related field, with 1 to 3 years of experience in analytical roles (supply chain, inventory, replenishment, or data).
- Profile with analytical thinking, experience managing databases, and the ability to translate information into operational actions.
- Advanced Excel indispensable (pivot tables, data cross-referencing, and dashboard development); SQL desirable.
- High resilience and tolerance for frustration, with the ability to work in dynamic, constantly pressured, and high operational volume environments.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency, with diagnostic and collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders.
