Job description
FDA Engineers is seeking a Compensation Analyst, to support compensation processes under hybrid modality.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Title: Engineering in Administration, Human Resources, Technical Administration of Human Resources, Accounting or related field (exclusive).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the role (exclusive).
- Intermediate management of Microsoft Excel (exclusive).
- Experience in similar functions in companies from the same industry (desirable).
- Experience in mining accreditations (desirable).
- Management of personnel management platforms, ERP BUK (desirable).
- Knowledge of accounting for compensation.
- Processing and calculating compensation, advances, and deductions in accordance with current legislation.
- Drafting employment contracts, annexes, and final settlements.
- Controlling and registering absences, medical licenses, vacations, and other related matters.
- Maintaining updated information in personnel management systems.
- Hybrid.
