We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our team and work in the management, analysis, and evolution of the organization's compensation practices.

Main responsibilities

• Support HR and Business in matters related to Compensation policies and practices;

• Update and maintain job descriptions and organizational charts;

• Control salary movements and changes in corporate systems;

• Support the creation and maintenance of new positions;

• Participate in Compensation and Benefits market research;

• Support partner consultancies, including contracts and payments;

• Conduct internal audits of Compensation processes;

• Guide employees and internal areas on compensation policies and guidelines;

• Support Compensation and Benefits studies and analyses;

• Conduct analyses related to collective agreements and conventions;

• Develop studies to support decision-making.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, People Management, HR, or related fields;

✅ Experience in the Compensation area — approximately 3 years desirable for senior level;

✅ Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, especially Hay Methodology;

✅ Experience or knowledge in salary surveys and job descriptions;

✅ Basic knowledge of Labor and Social Security Legislation;

✅ Advanced Office Suite, especially Excel;

✅ Basic English.

• Experience with job and salary structures and market research;

• Knowledge of corporate systems;

• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
