Responsibilities and duties

• Administer Variable Compensation programs (ICP and ILP), ensuring the execution of all process stages, from planning to completion;
• Administer Hiring Bonus, Non-Competition, and Retention programs, performing controls, entries, and monitoring the application of policies;
• Update Executive, Board Member, and Statutory compensation information quarterly;
• Support the preparation and validation of executive compensation information for the Reference Report (CVM) and other regulatory disclosures;
• Act as an interface with global teams and international partners, conducting meetings and communications in English when necessary;
• Prepare technical studies and analyses to support decisions related to variable compensation and executive compensation, proposing continuous improvements in processes.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Graduation in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
• Solid experience in administering short and long-term incentive programs, preferably in large companies;
• Experience in preparing compensation studies and controls, updating indicators, and process management.
• Experience with equity and incentive management platforms.
• Solid experience in preparing the Reference Report (CVM).
• Experience in compensation projects and process improvement.
• Fluent English;
• Advanced Excel;
• Knowledge of RM and Qlik Sense systems is desirable.

Working hours from 08:00 to 18:00 with 1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch;
