Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities: Manage the Job and Salary Plan, as well as fixed and variable compensation processes, ensuring compliance with business characteristics, internal balance, and alignment with strategies and governance. Develop, update, and manage Remuneration and Benefits Policies and Standards, ensuring conformity with approved models, legislation, quality, deadlines, and costs. Conduct salary research and maintain updated tables, aligning practices with market trends, industry standards, and company policies. Analyze and interpret compensation data to inform business decisions, optimize compensation structures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with HR teams, management, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective compensation strategies. Provide expert advice on compensation matters, ensuring fairness, equity, and transparency in remuneration practices. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as vendors, consultants, and industry experts, to stay informed about market trends and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular reviews of compensation programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry standards. Provide training and support to HR teams and management on compensation matters. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of compensation-related information, including laws, regulations, and industry trends.
