LABOR RELATIONS ANALYST Join our team! We are looking for a proactive Labor Relations Analyst with excel skills to work in our RL area. If you have the necessary experience, apply! Requirements: Bachelor's degree or law student Experience minimum of 2 years in similar position Preferably living near downtown Monterrey Executive image Availability to travel in MTY and northern Mexico region Competencies: Orientation towards conflict resolution Strong analytical skills Ability to work under pressure Adaptability to changing situations Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Familiarity with collective bargaining processes Understanding of organizational culture and dynamics Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Ability to work independently and as part of a team
