Senior Network Analyst (Rio de Janeiro/RJ)

**We are looking for a Senior Network Analyst to work in a hybrid way at one of our clients in Rio de Janeiro/RJ.**

**Work Experience**

**What will your responsibilities be?**

+ Provide high-level support with the following attributions: Troubleshooting, Configuration, provisioning, opening of change management, report generation, analysis and correction of failures and performance in LAN Datacenter networks.

+ Analyze and correct configuration problems in data network equipment when there is a failure in the implementation of servers, applications and services in the Data Center.

+ Carry out analyzes of internal demands and clarification meetings of demands with the requesting client, if necessary.

**What do we expect you to have?**

+ Consolidated experience in LAN network support

+ Valid CCNP ENTERPRISE or CCNP DATACENTER certification

+ Experience with technologies: Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure), Nexus Switches in ACI mode with SDN controller (APIC), Nexus Dashboard (Cisco Nexus Dashboard Insights) and Cisco Multi-Site Orchestrator (MSO) and Catalyst Cisco 9200 models

+ Technical English - Opening of calls and interaction with the manufacturer

**How can you stand out?**

+ ITILv4 certification

+ Knowledge of other lines of Cisco, Extreme/Enterasys and Brocade equipment;
