Focus on Recruitment and Selection

We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join our team, with a primary focus on Recruitment and Selection and support for other People Management processes.

We are seeking a communicative, organized, flexible, and collaborative professional who enjoys working with people and wants to contribute to attracting and developing talent within the company.

Main Activities

• Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes, from aligning profiles with managers to job posting, resume screening, interviews, administering tests, and monitoring hiring stages;
• Support Training and Development initiatives;
• Support Performance Evaluation processes;
• Support the management and maintenance of the Job and Salary Plan;
• Provide support for other Human Resources area activities and projects;
• Contribute to employee development and the strengthening of the company's People Management practices.

Requirements

• Completed Higher Education in Administration, Human Resources Management, or Psychology;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on Recruitment and Selection;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Organization and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously;
• Flexibility and adaptability;
• Collaborative profile and ease of working in a team.

Remuneration

• Salary: R$ 3,260.86
• Attendance Bonus: 7% of salary*
• Meal Voucher: R$ 248.50*

*The payment of the attendance bonus and meal voucher is conditional upon meeting presenteeism criteria and the absence of disciplinary sanctions during the respective calculation period.
