WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: Senior HR Analyst


You will be responsible for employee support and assistance, as well as supporting the Operations Coordinator in talent attraction, training program implementation, personnel administration, and providing support based on Holcim procedures, systems, and policies.


Your main challenges will be:

  • Coordinate the application of personnel administrative actions such as: new hires, terminations, personnel changes, vacation administration, among others.
  • Attend SAC, SAA, SAS quality audits by collecting the necessary information in order to meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with the labor relations department in the application of strategies and negotiations with the union.
  • Manage Human Resources process performance indicators at the workplaces and, based on them, communicate significant deviations and generate action proposals aimed at their sustainable improvement.


Work location: Monterrey


Indispensable requirements

  • Graduated professional in administrative careers, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English at an intermediate level.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Leadership skills, proactivity, continuous improvement, assertive communication.
  • Ambition to grow and develop in the area.


Desired requirements

  • Own a vehicle to travel between different plants.
