Human Resources Analyst

TS Trucking is a top-level transportation company with its own assets and presence throughout Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider.

We are currently looking for Human Resources Analysts to join our team in Querétaro. This position will work in a dynamic environment and collaborate closely with the Human Resources team to ensure efficient processes aligned with internal policies.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background checks, including labor and personal references.

• Validate and manage candidate documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Support the recruitment and selection team operationally, reviewing CVs and initial filters.
• Maintain physical and digital files up-to-date.
• Prepare and update administrative reports on selection and hiring processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of candidate and employee information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in selection processes and background checks.
• Knowledge of labor laws and required documentation for hiring personnel.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
