Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish for our outsourcing projects with Brazilian clients, developing recruitment strategies, conducting candidate searches, resume screening, phone and in-person interviews, online interviews, offer phase, and post-employment follow-up;
• SUPPORT THE SEARCH FOR CANDIDATES FOR INTERNAL POSITIONS AT PACIFICA, AS NEEDED.
• Manage the relationship with clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire selection process;
• Search for and attract candidates through databases, hunting, and social networks;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on market trends, industry insights, and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving the recruitment process and ensuring exceptional results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed;
• Intermediate/advanced English is mandatory. Spanish is a plus;
• Prior experience in recruitment from start to finish;
• Prior experience in a 360-degree function (Recruitment and Sales) is a plus;
• Oriented towards performance and financial goals;
• Ability to organize and autonomy;
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
