Recruitment and Selection Analyst SR

Main Responsibilities: Conduct selective processes (profile alignment, disclosure, triage, interviews, technical report and proposal); Hold alignment meetings with managers and act as a consultant; Conduct competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments; Organize and conduct institutional presentations and job openings; Act on strategic vacancies and medium to high complexity positions; Develop active attraction strategies (hunting, LinkedIn, networking); Gather information from various sources and maintain accurate records of all processes; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals; Provide support to hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process; Analyze data and metrics to optimize the recruitment process; Develop and implement new strategies for improving the recruitment process; Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information; Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
