Full-Time Recruitment and Selection Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Conduct end-to-end selective processes (Vacancy announcement, screening, hunting, interviews, tests, feedbacks and negotiation). Ensure greater assertiveness in hiring through culturally-oriented selective processes. Support the conduct of critical vacancies, ensuring the construction and maintenance of a strategic pipeline of talents. Definition and Alignment of Profile: align job profiles with managers and propose strategic adjustments. Attraction of Talents: attract top talent by leveraging social media, professional networks, and other channels to identify potential candidates. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop interview questions. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit. Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance and make recommendations for next steps. Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
