We have an opening for a Junior Recruitment & Selection Analyst to work as an RPO at a large E-commerce company.
Main Responsibilities
End-to-end R&S process management;
Profile alignment with managers and client, with structured recording of demands;
Hunting, screening, competency-based interviews, and assessment administration.
Close relationship with the client and managers, acting with a consultative approach and autonomy;
Report preparation, KPI monitoring, and participation in continuous improvement and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
Higher Education completed/in progress;
Experience with end-to-end recruitment and selection;
Proficiency in tools such as: Excel and ATS platforms;
Desirable experience with operational roles.
