Then this opportunity might be for you! We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to conduct complete selection processes and support managers in hiring the best professionals. What you will do Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Conduct profile alignment with managers and requesting areas. Post vacancies on different platforms and attraction channels. Screen resumes and actively search for candidates. Manage a high volume of vacancies simultaneously. Accompany candidates throughout the entire selection process. Support the continuous improvement of talent attraction strategies. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Administration, or related courses. Experience with end-to-end recruitment and selection. Experience in recruitment consulting or environments with a high volume of vacancies. Good communication, organization, and priority management skills. Having your own vehicle is a plus. It will be a differential Experience with recruitment systems (ATS).
