Recruitment Analyst

As an Analyst of Talent Attraction, your main responsibilities will be to identify and attract top talent, develop recruitment strategies, manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, and maintain a high level of candidate satisfaction. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with tailored recruitment solutions. In addition, you will analyze and report on recruitment metrics, identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize the recruitment process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field; 2+ years of experience in recruitment and personnel selection; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a team-oriented environment; Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
