⭐ RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST
IMPLANT GRUPO SALINAS
Job Objective:
Search, selection, and follow-up of candidates for the job position in accordance with company requirements.
Functions:
- Management of different job boards and social networks
- Publication of vacancies and portfolio filtering
- First and second filter interviews.
- Candidate follow-up.
- Client relations and negotiation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, completed.
- Proactive, responsible, self-managed, detail-oriented.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection.
