Quality Analyst

Main responsibilities: Participate in critical analysis meetings, convening those responsible for the involved sectors, monitoring indicators, generating final report from this meeting. Support and perform internal audits, in order to ensure that sector activities are aligned with company policies and procedures. Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformities and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards. Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control processes. Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including production reports, customer feedback, and market trends. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement, proposing solutions and implementing changes as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and team leaders. Provide regular progress updates to management and other stakeholders. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
