Test Analyst

Job description

Key Responsibilities: Test Strategy & Planning Define and implement the test strategy for data pipelines, ETL processes, reporting dashboards, and analytics models. Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and business analysts to understand data flows, transformation logic, and reporting requirements. Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for functional, regression, integration, and UAT phases. Execution & Coordination Lead execution of manual and automated testing across various platforms, tools, and environments. Ensure timely completion of testing activities, identify and report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. Test Data Management Develop and maintain test data sets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and relevance for testing purposes. Analyze and interpret test results, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Continuous Learning Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the field of software testing, data analytics, and business intelligence.
