About the role We are seeking a Full Proposal Analyst in the Infrastructure area, responsible for preparing proposals for infrastructure projects, including market research, competitor analysis, and proposal writing. The ideal candidate will have experience in proposal development, with a strong understanding of the infrastructure industry and its trends. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities; - Analyze competitors' proposals to understand their strategies and strengths; - Develop comprehensive proposals that meet clients' needs and showcase our expertise; - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in proposal development; - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; - At least 3 years of experience in proposal development, preferably in the infrastructure sector; - Strong understanding of the infrastructure industry and its trends; - Excellent writing and communication skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
