Responsibilities and Tasks of the Function

• Perform detailed technical evaluations of projects, considering engineering requirements, feasibility, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Conduct PLN-Simulation evaluation, compensation evaluation, and project evaluation, ensuring technical and strategic alignment.
• Analyze scopes, proposals, and technical specifications, issuing reports based on solid foundations for support in decision-making.
• Validate deliverables and milestones of the project, ensuring conformity with standards, internal norms, and client requirements.
• Identify technical and operational risks, proposing mitigation measures and monitoring their implementation.
• Consolidate information from different areas (engineering, quality, procurement, production) to form an integrated and critical view of the project.
• Prepare analytical reports with insights on progress, deviations, opportunities for improvement, and potential impacts.
• Participate in technical meetings and project committees, contributing with analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor performance indicators and propose adjustments to action plans as the project evolves
• Evaluate modifications to products and processes, considering impacts on tooling, production capacity, and logistics.
• Support standardization of processes and continuous improvement based on lessons learned and technical benchmarking.

Required Qualifications

• Degree: complete in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience;
• Experience: minimum 05 years of experience in Projects in the areas of Engineering/Ferramentaria; Technical knowledge: solid understanding of progressive stamping processes, manual and transfer, laser cutting, control devices, among others; Possess knowledge in Catia V5, NX, and Tetra;
• Mastery of the entire Office package;
• Familiarity with project management software (Microsoft Project)
• Total availability for travel or relocation to other locations, according to department projects, as well as flexibility in working hours;

Complementary Qualifications

• Intermediate English;
• Basic Spanish (not mandatory);
• Autoform or similar;
• Techical knowledge in APQP, FMEA, PMP, PAPP, Agile Methodology, GD&T, Microsoft Project, Solid Concepts ISO QS/ 14000 / 18000, Environmental Impact Matrix, Quality Policy, and Environmental Policy
