The Store Process Engineering area is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, increasing operational efficiency, and supporting the evolution of store processes. It works in an integrated manner with different areas of the company, driving initiatives that contribute to productivity, standardization, and innovation, using project management tools, data analysis, and new technologies.


Responsibilities and duties

In this team, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Support the construction and updating of standardized documentation for processes and projects.
  • Conduct strategic projects of low and medium complexity, ensuring alignment between involved areas, scope, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Monitor a portfolio of projects, performing controls, updates, and periodic reports to management and directors.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support process optimization initiatives.
  • Explore and implement solutions using Generative Artificial Intelligence, virtual agents, and corporate applications.
  • Support the creation of automations and solutions that contribute to gains in productivity and operational efficiency.


Requirements and qualifications

What we expect from you for this role:


  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of project management, including traditional and agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence, with familiarity in creating intelligent agents and automations.


It will be a differential if you know:


  • Knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio.
  • Experience or knowledge in process modeling and improvement.
  • Experience with no-code tools for developing automations and business solutions.
  • Experience in digital transformation projects or innovation initiatives.
