Project Analyst - Focus on HVAC / Construction and Infrastructure

As a Project Analyst, you will be part of the team responsible for managing projects related to HVAC, construction, and infrastructure, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and budget compliance. Your responsibilities will include: • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure project goals are met; • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans; • Conducting site visits and monitoring construction progress; • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related conflicts; • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, architecture, construction management); • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
