Senior Product Analyst

Work location:

São Paulo/SP (Conceição/SP)

Responsibilities:

• Construction and evolution of products, including evaluation of pricing and development of the value proposition.
• Design of end-to-end journeys, ensuring engagement and excellence in customer experience.
• Mapping and deep understanding of client needs.
• Interface and relationship with different business areas and strategic partners.
• Market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Management of product P&L and tracking of OKRs.
• Definition of eligibility criteria and management of the sales funnel.
• Strategic vision for the evolution of the systemic architecture portfolio, focusing on modern, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
• Follow-up on product lifecycle, aiming to evolve performance and achieve maturity.

Hard Skills:

• Completed higher education;
• Wide knowledge of the insurance market;
• Experience in Rural Insurance, especially: Agricultural, Livestock, and Life Producer
• Knowledge of applicable laws to the insurance market
• Able to create, implement, and manage products
• Familiarity with distribution channels, especially in the banking sector
• Agile project methodologies
