Product Analyst - Consignado and Worker Credit

We are looking for a Full Product Analyst to work on credit products, focusing on data analysis, continuous improvement, and development of customer-oriented solutions. This person will be responsible for supporting the evolution of products, identifying opportunities through data, and contributing with strategies that increase performance, efficiency, and customer experience. RESPONSABILITIES Act in the management and evolution of credit products, including: • Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth; • Developing and implementing product strategies aligned with business objectives; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products or improve existing ones; • Conducting market research and analyzing customer feedback to inform product development; • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with product launches; • Maintaining accurate records of product performance and making data-driven decisions. REQUISITOS ESSENCIALS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in product development or management; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
