A professional responsible for operational and administrative activities related to fleet management, logistics processes, and technical support, acting as an interface with various areas of the company. Main responsibilities include:

• Filling out and controlling operational and regulatory forms (transport, import/export, demolition, sale report);
• Supporting vehicle demobilization processes from the fleet, in partnership with technical areas and suppliers;
• Supporting the management of databases in internal systems for parking lot and unified fleet management;
• Making technical visits to yards to verify the condition of vehicles and support inspection and maintenance processes;
• Supporting the release of press vehicles and following up on Sign Off processes;
• Supporting the organization of physical test reports, with control and follow-up of results;
• Interface with methodology teams for standardization of documents, templates, and clarification of operational doubts.
• A professional with an engineering background.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Good communication and conversation skills.
