SENIOR PROCESS AND SYSTEMS ANALYST – PROTHEUS

We are looking for someone who can strategically look at the company's processes, identify improvement opportunities, and transform business needs into solutions within ERP TOTVS Protheus.

You will be the bridge between user areas and the development team, being responsible for understanding the need, questioning the process, evaluating what the system already offers, and, when necessary, structuring the requirement for system evolution.

⚠️ Important: we are not necessarily looking for a programmer. However, it is essential to understand programming logic and ADVPL to be able to converse technically with developers, question solutions, and ensure that the development truly meets the business need.

Main responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and redesign industrial and corporate processes;

• Identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities, innovation, and continuous improvement;

• Gather and structure requirements with business areas;

• Act as a bridge between users, processes, IT, and development;

• Identify opportunities using existing features in Protheus;

• Evaluate when a demand can be resolved by parametrization, process improvement, or development;

• Prepare and track requirements for system evolution;

• Understand and technically question solutions developed in ADVPL;

• Map processes using BPM/BPMN, preferably Bizagi;

• Build AS IS and TO BE flows;

• Participate in homologations, tests, and implementation of improvements;

• Analyze the impacts of systemic changes on processes;

• Propose innovative solutions and new ways of using existing technological resources.

Education

Completed higher education in areas such as:

• Production Engineering;

• Process/Industrial Engineering;

• Information Systems;

• Systems Analysis and Development;

• Computer Science;

• Software Engineering;

• Administration or related areas.

What we need to find in your profile

✔ Experience with process mapping and improvement;

✔ Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment;

✔ Experience with TOTVS Protheus;

✔ Knowledge of industrial processes, such as production, PCP, inventory, costs, purchasing, quality, or related areas;

✔ Knowledge in requirements gathering and analysis;

✔ Knowledge of SQL Server/databases;

✔ Knowledge of programming logic and ability to interpret ADVPL;

✔ Ability to converse technically with development;

✔ Analytical, investigative, and questioning profile;

✔ Macro business vision without losing the ability for detailed analysis.

⭐ Will be a differential:

• Bizagi/BPMN;

• Lean Manufacturing / Lean Six Sigma;

• Continuous improvement;

• Digital transformation projects;

• Integrations and APIs;

• Experience with Protheus implementation/evolution;

• Experience with PCP and manufacturing;

• Experience in the textile, garment, or apparel industry;

• More in-depth knowledge of ADVPL;

• Project management/agile methodologies.
