Main responsibilities

• Perform process and workflow analysis, mapping, and modeling;
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement or automation;
• Develop and implement process improvements, monitoring their effectiveness;
• Support the implementation of new systemic tools and solutions;
• Conduct change management actions, preparing support materials and training for teams;
• Plan and execute continuous improvement actions and monitor action plans for deviation correction.

Requirements

• High School diploma completed;
• A plus if currently pursuing or holding a degree in Process Management, Production Engineering, Administration, Quality Management, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Intermediate Office Suite proficiency;
• Knowledge of ERP or project management platforms will be a differential;
• Desirable minimum experience of 1 year in activities related to the function.

Differentiators
