What will be the challenges? ✅ Evaluate and price commercial proposals to achieve revenue and profit objectives; ✅ Manage area demands, ensuring aligned responses to SLAs and business needs; ✅ Execute and analyze Underwriting processes for new businesses and renewals, in line with global guidelines defined by the company's risk management policies; ✅ Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support business decisions; ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with overall business objectives; ✅ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions; ✅ Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on pricing strategies and opportunities for improvement; ✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to pricing and underwriting; ✅ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers; ✅ Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in pricing and underwriting; ✅ Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in pricing and underwriting; ✅ Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes; ✅ Identify and prioritize areas for improvement and implement changes as needed; ✅ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and markets; ✅ Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently; ✅ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; ✅ Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; ✅ Be proactive and take initiative to improve processes and achieve business objectives; ✅ Develop and maintain a positive and professional attitude, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
