Job Description - We are looking for a Full Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team. The professional will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, competitor actions, and internal costs to ensure the profitability and competitiveness of our products. This role requires a strong analytical capacity, a good understanding of the market, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies and policies. * Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and risks. * Conduct cost analysis and profitability studies for products and services. * Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and product development teams to define optimal pricing for new products and promotions. * Create and maintain pricing models and databases. * Prepare regular reports and presentations on pricing performance and market insights. * Identify and recommend pricing adjustments based on market dynamics and business objectives. * Ensure compliance with pricing policies and regulations. * Support the sales team with pricing-related information and analysis. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, macros). * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). * Knowledge of pricing strategies and methodologies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team. * Proactivity and attention to detail. Desirable: * Master's degree or MBA. * Experience in the animal nutrition or agribusiness sector. * Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM tools. * Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.
