Unit Price Analyst

Job description

At Grupo IDINSA, we are looking for a Unit Price Analyst with solid experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and bidding for construction and infrastructure projects.

We are looking for a person with high analytical skills, technical judgment, and experience in integrating competitive and technically supported economic proposals.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of budgets, matrices, quantities, and unit price analyses.
  • Integration of technical and economic proposals for bids.
  • Analysis of direct costs, indirect costs, financing, profit, and additional charges.
  • Quotation and marketing of materials, equipment, subcontractors, and specialized supplies.
  • Preparation and review of work generators and volumes.
  • Integration of bases, crews, hourly costs, and execution schedules.
  • Reconciliation of prices and volumes with clients and subcontractors.
  • Tracking and updating costs according to market conditions.


Profile We Are Looking For:

  • Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related degree, graduated and with a professional license.
  • 5 years of experience in bidding, unit prices, budgeting, or similar positions.
  • Experience in construction bids and tenders.
  • Proficiency in Neodata.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of construction scheduling, generators, quantities, and construction procedures.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Project.
  • Analytical, organized, results-oriented profile with the ability to work under pressure.


If you have solid experience in unit pricing and have directly participated in the integration of economic proposals for construction projects, we want to meet you.
