Financial Planning Analyst

Main objective: The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is responsible for providing high-level management with the analysis and information necessary to make operational, financial, and strategic decisions of high impact. Coordinate and prepare reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to support decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business planning and strategy development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business value. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations. Provide expert-level support for the development of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Coordinate and participate in meetings and presentations to communicate results and recommendations. Perform other related duties as required.
