Financial Planning Analyst

We are looking for: Financial Planning Analyst

Position Mission: To build and maintain the company's structured financial information system, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, variance analysis, consolidated P&L, and feasibility models for new branches, converting operational data from multiple channels, brands, and entities into actionable financial intelligence that supports the decisions of the Finance Director and Senior Management.

Responsibilities

Budgeting: calculate, estimate, and plan the company's annual revenues and expenses.

• Build the monthly operating budget by channel, brand, and department as a base tool for the company's financial control.
• Design and maintain the multi-channel, multi-brand, and multi-entity Annual Operating Plan (AOP), integrating structured inputs from all areas.
• Design the formal budget approval process; define the validation scheme and rules (operation corresponds to Indirect Purchasing and Controller).

Carry out budget and financial indicator control and management.

• Execute monthly analysis of actual vs. budget variance with explanatory narrative of root causes, not just numerical differences.
• Build and maintain the budget execution control dashboard by department and expense category.
• Design the financial KPIs dashboard for the area for monthly executive follow-up with management.

Monitor budgets and results

• Calculate and keep updated the operating break-even point and the marginal contribution per store, e-commerce channel, and wholesale channel.
• Track actual vs. plan in the initial months of operation for each opening.
• Develop margin sensitivity models by scenario (variations in average ticket, gross margin, channel mix) to support expansion and strategic adjustment decisions.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
