Senior Planning Analyst

LiuGong Latin America is looking for a Planning Analyst to join our team and work on strategic supply chain planning activities, contributing to the alignment between demand, operations, and business results. Manufacturing equipment in the country since 2015, LiuGong has been growing in the Brazilian and Latin American markets. The business covers the sale and maintenance of construction equipment and accessories, financing solutions, customer training, technical consulting, and other scopes.

Key products include wheel loaders, excavators, motor graders, road rollers, backhoe loaders, rigid trucks, and aerial work platforms. Main Responsibilities

  • Act in demand planning, MPS, and MRP for machines and parts, supporting the alignment between commercial demands and operational capacity.
  • Monitor the budget considering logistical restrictions, lead times, and operational capacity.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identifying risks of material shortages or excesses, and proposing corrective actions.
  • Analyze demand forecasts, market trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning, import, and international logistics processes.
  • Participate in supply chain optimization projects, including digitalization and process automation.
  • Work integrally with areas such as purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, sales, after-sales, and finance.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Act with fiscal classification (NCM), administrative treatments, special regimes, and international agreements related to foreign trade.


Requirements

Mandatory

  • Higher education in Administration with an emphasis on Foreign Trade, Engineering, or related areas.
  • Experience in foreign trade, working with import and export processes.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, MPS, and MRP.
  • Advanced English.

Differentiators

  • Experience in supply chain, inventory management, and forecasting.
  • Experience with fiscal classification (NCM) and foreign trade operations.
  • Participation in continuous improvement, automation, or process digitalization projects.


Additional Information

  • Work model: On-site.
  • Hiring type: CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho - Brazilian Labor Law).
  • Location: Mogi Guaçu/SP.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
