Junior Budget Planning Analyst

In your day-to-day:
- Reconcile and critically analyze expenses (budgeted vs. actual), identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Support the consolidation of the annual budget and forecast revisions by business unit and cost center.
- Prepare management reports, technical opinions, and performance indicators (KPIs) for operational committees.
- Consolidate financial data and build analyses that support decision-making by managers from different areas.
- Automate routines in spreadsheets and structure controls that increase the accuracy of budget monitoring.
- Monitor administrative expenses, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
We expect from you:
- Completed higher education in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields.
- Analytical vision, sense of urgency, and organization to deal with sensitive financial area issues.
- Dedicated and focused profile, with maturity to conduct daily deliveries and routines.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, with ease in building partnerships with different managers and areas.
It will be considered a differential if you have:
- Intermediate/advanced Excel, with mastery of lookup, logic, and aggregation formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF) and pivot tables.
- Knowledge in Power BI for data visualization and monitoring of financial dashboards.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA completed or in progress in Finance, Controlling, or Budget Management.
