We are looking for a Junior Logistics Planning Analyst to join our team in São Paulo-SP!
Responsibilities and duties
- Plan the logistic support for the region's clients, elaborating the daily delivery schedule, considering demand, operational capacity, fleet availability, service windows, and business priorities;
- Ensure the supply of clients in the Corporate channel, monitoring supply levels and making adjustments to the schedule to minimize stockouts and ensure continuity of service;
- Optimize fleet utilization, balancing loads, routes, and available resources to increase operational productivity and reduce unproductive travel and logistic costs;
- Monitor the execution of the logistic plan, tracking adherence between planned and actual results, identifying deviations, and making adjustments whenever necessary;
- Analyze the region's operational indicators, monitoring service level, productivity, logistic efficiency, and resource utilization indicators, proposing actions for continuous improvement of results;
- Promote improvements in logistic planning processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, and optimization of scheduling and client service processes;
- Act in an integrated manner with partner areas, interacting with Operations, Sales, Transportation, and other areas to align priorities and ensure the execution of the plan;
- Ensure the quality of information used in planning, keeping systems and operational information updated, ensuring reliability for decision-making;
- Strictly observe corporate regulations, complying with quality, safety, health, environment, Compliance, anti-corruption, anti-bribery, social responsibility, and sustainability norms and procedures, according to the company's policies and Code of Conduct;
- Participate in legal, mandatory, and internal training, according to the current training matrix.
Requirements and qualifications
Mandatory Requirement:
- Completed Higher Education in Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields;
- Knowledge of Office Suite – Advanced Level (Excel);
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP.
Desirable:
- Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Projects, Data, Administration, Business, or related fields;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Artificial Intelligence Tool;
- English and Spanish – Basic Level.
Type of employment: Permanent – CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) - Hybrid model (3 days in-person and 2 days remote)
Location: São Paulo-SP (Morumbi)
