The **Junior Planning and Demand Analyst** will support UCC and Surgery business units. Contributing to efficient operations in the supply chain.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support the development and review of production plans, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and considering productive capacity and material availability.**
+ Follow up on import processes with the international trade team, defining priorities and ensuring timely deliveries.**
+ Monitor risk of stockouts and develop action plans to minimize business impacts.**
+ Control inventory levels, identifying risks of excess and proposing corrective measures.**
+ Collaborate with business areas and customer service teams to consolidate relevant information.**
+ Maintain continuous interface with global planners for product availability tracking.**
+ Ensure alignment with the regional team on local critical points, such as excesses and stockouts.**
**Requirements:**
+ Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, dynamic tables, data analysis).**
+ Analytical skills and problem-solving ability, with attention to details.**
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with various internal departments.**
+ Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.**
+ Knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response (Maestro) is a plus.**
+ Intermediate English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.**
