Demand Planning Analyst

Activities:

• Develop demand planning (sales forecasting, collection sizing, linear product OTB, launches, imports, phase-out, gifts, and others);
• Size demand by collection and distribution, defining volume, mix, size range, and size curve by store profile, within budget and sell-in and sell-out targets;
• Lead the end-to-end monthly S&OP cycle: consolidate demand, confront it with budget and capacity, present scenarios at the decision-making table, and finalize the number that becomes the production and purchasing plan;
• Be responsible for forecast accuracy, measuring error and bias by channel, category, and horizon, investigating the causes of deviation, and acting upon them;
• Communicate with stakeholders from each area, acting as the focal point for visibility of budget attainment (franchise commercial, retail, or demand planning);
• Develop analyses (ad hoc), reports (recurring), and models (data products) for management, directors, and other areas of the company, assertively and consistently;
• Present the results of analyses, reports, and models to management, directors, and other areas of the company;
• Automate recurring processes, using programming (VBA or Python) or best practices (PowerQuery and DAX in Excel or PowerBI);
• Organize concurrent demands from different areas of the company, prioritizing and ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines.

Requirements:

• Completed University Degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
• Experience in demand planning in the fashion segment;
• Experience in collection sizing, size range definition, and OTB management;
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel or Power BI (DAX);
• Knowledge of Python and/or VBA will be considered a differential.
