Responsibilities and Duties

• Act hands-on in the construction, updating, and monitoring of the sales and purchasing plan;
• Monitor and control the Open to Buy (OTB), ensuring visibility, control, and decision-making support with the Purchasing team;
• Act strongly in the in-season, monitoring sales and stock performance, adjusting plans, and supporting reactive decisions (repurchase, markdown, redistribution);
• Analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for turnover, risk of stockouts, or excess inventory;
• Monitor assortment and optimize it, contributing with in-depth analysis of coverage and performance by product/category;
• Monitor key indicators (sales, margin, stock, turnover, coverage), ensuring critical reading and quick decision-making;
• Identify deviations between planned and actual results and act proactively in building action plans;
• Build, update, and evolve reports, dashboards, and controls that support the area on a day-to-day basis;
• Contribute to process and tool improvements, increasing the speed and quality of analyses.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completed higher education;
• Advanced Excel (essential - recurring daily use);
• Strong analytical skills;
• Experience in planning, commercial, or related areas will be a differential;
• Experience with OTB, inventory management, or in-season routines will be a differential.

Location: Corporate office in greater Florianópolis/SC, next to Shopping Itaguaçu.

Modality: On-site

Schedule: From 08:30 to 18:33 with a 01:15 interval, Monday to Friday.
