Junior Sales and Operations Planning Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Sales and Operations Planning Analyst to support the integration, analysis, and coordination of the sales and operations planning process of the company.

Your mission will be to learn how to connect commercial projections with operational capacity, ensuring that purchases, production, and distribution are aligned with real market demand and business objectives.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Gather and validate sales data, orders, and production capacity.
• Update reports and dashboards Sales & Operations (sales vs. forecast, backlog, fulfillment, delivery times).
• Participate in S&OP meetings and prepare presentations, reports, and minutes.
• SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF DEMAND FORECASTS.
• Support the planning of materials and inventory.
• FOLLOW UP ON ACTION PLANS BETWEEN SALES, PURCHASING, PRODUCTION, AND LOGISTICS.
• CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PLANNING TOOLS OR MODELS.
• ENSURE THE RELIABILITY AND UPDATE OF DATA FOR S&OP DECISIONS.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Systems Productive, Business Management, Administration or related.
• Experience: 5 years
• Techincal English (reading documents or manuals).

KNOWLEDGE IN:

• Applied Statistics (averages, deviation, correlations, trends, simple regression).
• Sales and Logistics Planning (supply chain, inventory, demand).
• Advanced Excel (dynamic tables, formulas, graphics, data analysis).
• Power BI or Tableau.
• ERP/MRP/CRM (familiarity or interest in learning).
