Responsibilities and Attributes: Will perform analysis of information pertaining to placement of employees, ensuring that all necessary requirements are met; will analyze data related to employee benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations; will maintain accurate records of employee benefits and ensure timely payment of benefits; will provide support to HR department in matters related to employee benefits; will participate in the development of new benefits programs and policies.
