We are looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to work with focus on the footwear category, supporting the evolution of commercial results and operational efficiency in stores. This person will play an important role in transforming the business through data-driven insights and process improvements. The ideal candidate should have experience in analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategies to improve store performance. Responsibilities: • Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement; • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance; • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute marketing campaigns; • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure store performance; • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency; • Provide insights and recommendations to store managers to optimize their operations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
