We are the foundation of the market, and this only exists because people are building it together, with responsibility, exchange, and a desire to always evolve.

Why work at Vórtx?

Because here you will find real autonomy, space to grow, and a light atmosphere where people listen to each other and build together.

We value those who arrive with enthusiasm, who propose, who execute, and who are not content with the “it’s always been this way” mentality.

And yes, we take seriously making everything work simply, including the selection process:

Application > Cultural Fit > People Conversation > Leadership > Final Stage

And rest assured: you will always receive feedback, regardless of the outcome.
