Your Mission

Ensure efficient planning and effective control of the entire garment manufacturing chain, guaranteeing deadlines, costs, and quality, through PCP tools, data analysis, and integration with other areas.

Responsibilities and Duties

What will be your responsibilities?

• Monitor production progress in real-time, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Track performance indicators (efficiency, productivity, lead time, etc.).
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize the production flow.
• Provide support to third-party suppliers.
• Support leadership in managing information, projects, and area assignments.

Requirements and Qualifications

Profile we are looking for

We are looking for candidates who have a systemic view and focus on results, organization and attention to detail, good communication and negotiation skills, proactivity, a sense of urgency, analytical and decision-making skills, teamwork, and technical leadership.

Technical Knowledge

Knowledge in: Office Suite, Google Sheets, Power BI, Data Analysis

Desirable knowledge of the Linx system and factory routines (garment manufacturing).

What you need to have:

Experience in:

Completed degree in Production Engineering and/or Business Administration.

Availability to work 100% on-site in Ipiranga
