As a Junior PCP Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Analyze data from various sources, including market research reports, sales data, and customer feedback; • Identify trends and patterns in the data and provide insights to support business decisions; • Develop and implement strategies that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives; • Provide analytical support to sales and marketing teams to inform their decision-making processes; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve business outcomes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, data analysis, statistics); • 1-2 years of experience in a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
