Job description
*Location:* Santos/SP
*Model:* Hybrid (3x per week in the office)
*Contract Type:* Temporary (up to 180 days) – maternity leave coverage
*Estimated Start Date:* July/August 2026

*Hours:* Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1h30 break)
Main Activities
- Monitor container inventory in different ports in Brazil.
- Control empty container inventory and coordinate local suppliers.
- Organize import returns and export clearance.
- Plan replenishment or evacuation of empty containers.
- Create and control MT Bookings and EQRs.
- Collect documents for Detention & Demurrage billing.
- Customer service for internal and external clients.
- Monitor container movements and support the offshore team.
- Administer the *ONEFORCE* tool for case management.
- Control extra seals and standby situations in the OPUS system.
- Support statistical calculations in the OASIS system.
