TI Sr Business Analyst (interface TI X business areas)

This vacancy of Business Analyst acts similarly to a Product Owner, being the link between Business and IT for prioritizing demands, defining requirements, and evolving insurance systems. Responsibilities Act as a strategic bridge between IT and Business, aligning priorities and objectives. Lead the gathering of requirements for new products (Transportation, Corporate RE) and improvements. Evaluate regulatory demands (SUSEP) and ensure compliance with business rules. Map out the current state of the organization's processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes. Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
