As Product Owner/ Business Analyst you will:

• Work within one of the largest banks in the country in an initiative for Project Analysis / Systems / Identification of process improvements;
• FOLLOW the project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines, quality, and compliance with internal standards;
• ENSURE alignment with corporate guidelines and good governance practices;
• PREPARE management reports and performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making;
• FACILITATE communication between internal areas and the supplier, promoting alignment and transparency.

To take on this challenge you need experience in:

• Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban);
• Requirements gathering;
• AUTOMATION of manual processes;
• Ongoing process improvement;
• MAPPING and modeling business processes;
• BPMN PROCESS MAPPING;
• INSIGHTS for studies using Analytics;
• ANALYSIS of solution adherence to the business;
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology;
• DRO 5050 (Bacen);
• RISKS in internal processes (Operational Losses);
• JIRA and Miro;
• Advanced Office Package (Excel and Power Point);
• FINANCIAL MARKET and cash flows;
• Prior experience in credit card companies, as processors or issuers.

It would be great if you also had:

• KNOWLEDGE of data dashboard tools;
• Possess academic education in Engineering, Administration, or similar courses;
• FAMILIARITY with discovery and refinement processes;
