Business Analyst

Ensure the successful implementation of projects and delivery of value to the client, through project planning and management (evaluation, reporting, control, management of products, projects, and technology services), supervision of project teams, budgetary control of projects, and risk management.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in technology project management positions within the financial or pawn sectors.
• Use of agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe, Lean, others), and SDLC methodologies.
• Must have managed technology projects for systems development, security, and technology infrastructure areas.
• Project management with cloud developments and deployments (Preferably AWS).
• Experience implementing projects with serverless technology and IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
• Management of infrastructure and security projects, related to data centers, DRP, security monitoring services, infrastructure migrations (on-premise and cloud).
• Projects for the implementation of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) processes and technologies.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.).

Functions:

• Administration, direction, and control of technology projects to ensure their successful development and adherence to company strategies.
• Coordinate work teams, composed of both external and internal professionals, from different areas of expertise.
• Maintain daily communication with client representatives for the projects (in both public/government and private institutions).
• Manage the implementation of IT projects to ensure their successful execution and completion within an Agile framework.
• Control the work plan, schedule, and financial control of projects, based on internal directives, and in parallel following external control requirements for projects (public and private).
• Develop and deliver executive summaries, reports, and progress presentations, for both internal and external use.
• Define improvements to the project management process, implementing roles, responsibilities, controls, and metrics for its execution.
• Drive and implement challenging and innovative application development initiatives that enhance business value delivery.
• Analyze business requirements through collaboration with the Product Owner and business stakeholders for the effective development of technological solutions.
• Contribute to the implementation of IT governance that ensures the adoption and maturity of cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.
• Guide and foster compliance with the organization's current regulations for application development.
• Contribute with QA, architecture, and infrastructure areas in the assurance and continuous improvement of operations.
• Ensure efficient attention to business requirements through their prioritization and categorization.
• Define, implement, and execute a risk management model that ensures the successful completion (on time, within budget, and in form) of projects.
• Properly manage project resources to ensure an appropriate balance between the company's tactical and strategic demands.
• Support performance evaluation strategies through the definition and measurement of objectives.
• Actively contribute to the monitoring and ensure compliance with IT audits.
• Implement IT dashboards for executive, tactical, and operational project reporting, enabling their tracking and control.
• Create project team management strategies that allow for the strengthening and acquisition of new technical knowledge and soft skills of its members.
