Fashion Analyst (Purchasing)

Main Responsibilities

• Perform quotations for materials, products, and services from suppliers.
• Support commercial negotiations, seeking the best conditions in terms of cost, deadlines, and quality.
• Issue, track, and control purchase orders until final delivery.
• Monitor delivery deadlines, ensuring adequate material supply.
• Update and maintain supplier registration and system information.
• Support inventory control and the organization of Purchasing department documentation.
• Prepare reports, indicators, and administrative controls for the sector.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments, ensuring efficient flow of requests.
• Provide support for administrative and operational routines of the Purchasing department.

Requirements and Competencies

• Completed higher education in Fashion, Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Management Processes, or related areas.
• Previous experience in the Fashion and Purchasing area.
• Availability and flexibility for international travel.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Organization, attention to detail, and good analytical skills.
• Ease in negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, organized profile with good priority management.

Work Schedule and Location

Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Rua 1101, nº 60 – Centro, Balneário Camboriú/SC.
